Our Signature Process:

Crafting Your Personal Soundtrack

  • Discover Your Story

Every project begins with a personal consultation — your Story Call. We’ll dive into the heart of your story, listening deeply to the moments that matter most. Whether it's a love story, a life milestone, or a a tribute to someone unforgettable — this is where your song’s soul begins. Everything you tell us here will help build the foundation for an incredible song that is uniquely yours, inspired by you! This is everyone’s favorite part of the process (including ours) and will last anywhere from 45 mins to 1.5 hours long. This call is THE MOST important part of the process, and we promise you will love it.

  • Songwriting & Collaboration

After the Story Call we begin crafting your song drawing from your words, energy, and the details you shared. We screen record every “Story Call” so we can watch it back while writing, taking notes, highlighting meaningful phrases and weaving in the most poetic or powerful parts. Once we have a first draft, we send it your way for feedback. You’ll have the chance to tweak the lyrics or feel, so the final version is fully you.

  • Production & Polishing

With the composition and lyrics set, our production team steps in. Utilizing state-of-the-art technology and sound engineering, we produce your song to the highest quality, ensuring every note is polished and every word shines. We want you to absolutely LOVE the finished product, so this is the part of the process where we refine. Want to change a lyric? Let us know! Want to try to add something? We’ve got you. We’ll go back and forth with you until we get it right.

  • Master and Release

Once you’ve approved the final version, we’ll professionally mix and master your song with our award-winning engineers.

    You’ll get:

    • Your final master file

    • A personalized lyrics page

    • A private listening page to stream, read, and share your song

    • Optional support for distribution (Spotify, Apple, etc.)
